*If you have a group of 3-6 we can schedule a new class and time with a curriculum of your choosing.

Apply techniques like roasting, sautéing and braising while creating fun, creative and healthy meals for 4 to bring home 

Cooking w/Diverse Abilities

Students will learn basic cooking skills designed for their specific goals.

Explore thebasic skills of cooking, baking, decorating and presentation. Create delicious delicacies that will be enjoyed during class.

Mike Layow graduated from the C.I.A. and worked as the head chef at Phoebe’s and Sterio’s Landmark. After owning and operating Roaster’s Corner Café, Mike went to Oswego U. where he received his BA in Culinary Careers Ed. and continued in Special Ed. Mike also teaches Culinary Arts at OCM BOCES.
