Explore the
basic skills of cooking, baking, decorating and presentation. Create delicious delicacies that will be enjoyed during class.

Adults - Dinner Delights:

Mon. 4:30-6:30pm 

Apply techniques like roasting, sautéing and braising while creating fun, creative and healthy meals for 4 to bring home

Mike Layow graduated from the C.I.A. and worked as the head chef at Phoebe’s and Sterio’s Landmark. After owning and operating Roaster’s Corner Café, Mike went to Oswego U. where he received his BA in Culinary Careers Ed. and continued in Special Ed. Mike also teaches Culinary Arts at OCM BOCES.
