Explore thebasic skills of cooking, baking, decorating and presentation. Create delicious delicacies that will be enjoyed during class.
Adults - Dinner Delights:
Mon. 4:30-6:30pm 7/10 – 8/14
Apply techniques like roasting, sautéing and braising while creating fun, creative and healthy meals for 4 to bring home
Adults/Teens - Cooking with Diverse Abilities
Thurs. 5–7pm 7/13 – 8/17
Students will learn basic cooking skills designed for their specific needs.
Mike graduated from the C.I.A. and worked as the head chef at Phoebe’s and Sterio’s Landmark. After owning and operating Roaster’s Corner Café, Mike went to Oswego U. where he received his BA in Culinary Careers Ed. and continued in Special Ed. Mike also teaches Culinary Arts at OCM BOCES.
